In May 2001, the first Sabrinas Caf opened and was appropriately named after the couples new baby, Sabrina Isabella. With the help of impassioned regulars, Sabrina's began to outgrow it's modest upbringings and a second location was added in 2007 named Sabrina's Cafe & Spencer's Too, after their son.
